Intelligence for Better Decisions. Systems Built for Business

I conduct OSINT research into markets, competitors, counterparties, and corporate relationships when acting on unverified information can carry a high cost. I build websites and web applications and integrate them with CRM platforms and external services. Each service is available independently or as part of an integrated engagement. When research and development are combined, research findings are translated into requirements for the system to be built.

01

Web Development

Websites and Web Applications

Corporate websites and web applications built around specific business requirements. Architecture is defined before development, making each system easier to maintain and extend after launch.

CRM and Integrations

Website integrations with CRM platforms and external services. Leads, invoices, documents, and customer history remain visible and traceable throughout the client lifecycle.

Competitive Intelligence

OSINT Research

Research into markets, competitors, counterparties, and corporate relationships before decisions where the cost of being wrong is high. Facts are separated from assessments, and conclusions are traceable to sources.

Engagement Options

Each service stands on its own. They can also work as one project

OSINT research, web development, and CRM integration are available as standalone engagements. They are combined only when research findings need to shape the structure, content, or functionality of a future digital system. Business requirements remain the basis for every decision.

Standalone Engagement

OSINT Research

When a decision depends on reliable information about a market, company, competitor, counterparty, or corporate relationship.

  • Market and competitive landscape
  • Counterparties and affiliated companies
  • Ownership and corporate relationships
  • Reputational and commercial risks
Deliverable

A report containing documented facts, sources, identified relationships, and conclusions tied to the client's questions.

Web development is not added when the client only needs OSINT analysis.

Standalone Engagement

Web Development and Integrations

When the requirement is already defined and the company needs a website, web application, or integration with external services.

  • B2B websites and landing pages
  • Corporate websites
  • Client portals and web applications
  • CRM integration and data exchange
Deliverable

A working website or web application with an agreed structure, functionality, and integrations.

If the company already has the required inputs, a separate OSINT engagement is unnecessary.

Integrated Project

From Research to Implementation

When decisions about a future system's positioning, structure, content, or functionality must be grounded in market, competitor, company, ownership, or relationship data.

1

Research

Data on markets, companies, relationships, and other relevant external factors is collected and verified.

2

Design

Research findings are converted into requirements for positioning, structure, content, functionality, and integrations.

3

Implementation

The website or web application is built, required integrations are completed, usability is tested, and the system is launched.

Deliverable

Within one project, the client receives the full chain of work—from source collection and analysis to a working digital product. Every material decision is grounded in documented facts.

Discuss an Integrated Project

What You Receive

Concrete deliverables. No abstract promises

Scope and acceptance criteria are documented before work begins. Research is delivered with sources and reasoned conclusions. Digital systems are tested against agreed functionality and real-world operation.

01

OSINT

Facts, Sources, and Conclusions

Instead of a dump of links, the client receives analysis built around the questions defined at the start. Facts are separated from assessments. Contradictions and information gaps are identified explicitly.

  • A structured report addressing the defined task
  • Established facts, individuals, and corporate relationships
  • Links to the sources used
  • Conclusions and identified information gaps

Deliverable: an OSINT report in which every material fact and the conclusion based on it can be independently checked.

02

Web Development and Integrations

A Production-Ready Digital System

Instead of a recycled template and machine-generated copy, the client receives a working website or full web application. Forms, permissions, CMS functions, and other agreed features are tested against documented scenarios.

  • A functional website or web application
  • An approved structure and set of features
  • An administrative interface, roles, and permissions
  • CRM and external service integrations

Deliverable: a deployed digital system, clean source code, separated access credentials and keys, and complete technical documentation.

03

Integrated Project

From Research to a Working System

Business NeedResearchDigital System

Research is a usable deliverable in its own right. Its findings also become requirements for the positioning, structure, content, functionality, and integrations of the future system.

Deliverable: an OSINT report, documented project requirements, and a working web application built from those requirements.

How It Works

Define the result first. Everything else follows

Before a contract is signed, the project's objectives and business requirements are defined. Mistakes at this stage inevitably affect the schedule, cost, and final outcome.

01 Planning and Success Criteria We answer one question: “What must the client receive?”

Work never begins with a service list or a technology choice. It begins with the business need. Then we define the questions the research must answer or the job the digital system must perform.

Stage Deliverable

A documented task and the criteria that will be used to accept the work.

02 Project Scope Define what is included and exactly when the project is complete

Research targets, sources, system functions, integrations, required access, constraints, and responsibilities are documented.

Nothing is left implied. Every deliverable is explicitly included in the project scope. Additional work is approved and priced separately.

Stage Deliverable

A documented scope with clear completion conditions.

03 Plan and Estimate Agree on phases, schedule, price, and review points

The project is divided into sequential phases. Each phase has a deliverable, deadline, and validation method.

Pricing is based on the actual scope, not a prebuilt service package. Changes made after approval are documented and priced separately.

Stage Deliverable

A project plan with agreed phases, schedule, price, and acceptance rules.

04 Execution The process follows the selected engagement

Progress is measured by actual output. The client sees specific materials, established facts, and technical decisions—not a polished status report built around a percentage complete.

OSINT Research

Data collection and verification, source comparison, relationship mapping, analysis, and report preparation.

Web Development and Integrations

Architecture design, interface and feature development, CMS configuration, integrations, and testing.

Integrated Project

Research findings are converted into project requirements, followed by development and validation of the web application.

Stage Deliverable

Completed work and intermediate deliverables available for client review.

05 Handover and Acceptance Compare the final deliverable with the original requirements

The OSINT report is delivered with its sources. The digital system is delivered with its source code, access credentials, keys, and technical documentation.

The client verifies the result against the agreed acceptance criteria. Any deviations are corrected before acceptance.

Stage Deliverable

A verified deliverable transferred into the client's control.

If one service is enough to solve the problem, I explain that before the contract is signed.

Who Will Run Your Project

I Lead Your Project Personally

Wanderer Area is my independent professional practice. I analyze the problem, define the project scope, agree on the terms, and make key decisions myself. I am also personally accountable to the client for the final result.

Direct Communication
You work directly with me—without layers of account managers, intermediaries, or disconnected contributors who do not understand the full project.
Experience and Capabilities
More than 20 years in B2B and IT, including sales, business analysis, project management, CRM implementation, and digital system development.
Specialized Work
When a project requires a specialized skill, I bring in a specialist for that specific task. The project is never handed off wholesale, and accountability is not dispersed across subcontractors.
Accountability
I remain responsible for problem definition, key decisions, quality control, and final delivery.

The client should never have to determine who is responsible for an error or a dropped commitment. Every project question goes to one person—me.
